My Esthetics Mind, Body and Head spa will
With a Head Spa Unit and utilizing 100% earth made ingredients. I will be offering Treatments focused on hair wearability, Extending the shelf life of our hair styles, and a more of a No-poo Direction that allows us to Nourish Our Hair more then constantly striping it of its oils causing a repetitive rat race of wash style wear, wash style wear... including Scalp massage and release of tensions in the scalp face and neck and shoulders that cause a lot of underlying stresses on our body and being.
For skin care the focus will be on lymphatic drainage and deep regenerative facial tissue massage to release stress as well as exercising areas that need more support. While staying true to what god gave us unadulterated and pure ingredients that wont cause harm to the body via side effects.
WAKE UP YOUR SYSTEM! Using a High Frequency Linear Vibration Plate producing some low vibration therapies running at 15hz-40hz. Focused on stimulating nerve, muscular and skeletal wellness. All while being guided in Meditation. Depending on the person and the needs, practices of stretching and/or focusing on your bodies somatics to release trauma or stuck energy through inspired chi Gong techniques, gravity hangs, supporting acupressure points, & myofascial techniques all while learning How your Jaw and Hips (cranial/sacral) are related and how these two move/feel in or out of alignment. how this can effect our Energy levels and chi. This is encouraging smooth flowing embodiment practice and self understanding.
I will be Hosting Energetic Chat and Releases. If you are feeling Lost and just need a Release, someone to be a sound board? Maybe a Hug or a good Friend? Circles are a Confidential practice of Release, where we get to speak on all the things that Worry Stress or Weigh us down. Sometimes we just need to Speak up on all things that happen to us, And to be heard or witnessed for us to feel better about ourself and things that Annihilate us. I Practice PMU (Semi-permanent makeup tattooing) or cosmetic/Micropigmenting tattoos that helps support or improve certain lifestyle choices in our daily routines. The Beauty industry is littered with toxic chemicals with advertising that makes lies in place of promises on health. The toxic ingredients has done its toll, and people can feel aged, tired and simply lied too... In my own experiences of having suffered years and years and years of bad acne, sensitive skin, fine hair and trying to keep up with the demand of the "in style" demand on society, inspired by popularized magazines and media, I have personally searched high and low for what's the truth and discovered a better way.
In the Near Future I will have a focus of Detoxifying the body and Building Mental Mind frames, with the power of Infrared dry sauna heat and the refreshing cleansing cold plug meditations that leave you feeling new and refreshed. Diminishing any ailments or pain you might be having, along with Feeling confident and happy is key with what and how you present yourself...Not only is it Presenting How you feel but giving a show and tell of what's moving/working for you and or Not working and moving for you.
All while offering a Delicious Tea bar and some Apothecary Needs. Having a Menu of Fire Ciders ,Wellness Shots and Emotional Support Beverages to Ensure all the regenerating minerals of your energetic body can be in alignment to your earth roaming soul.
Through all this, I want to liberate anyone that has or hasn't suffered from some toxic habits, LIES and betrayals that the modern industry of patented chemicals has brought us too.
It's good to be well defined in health and to have trust in one's-self. These type of features are your best features they outshine with a confident-courage like a stance of true inner wealth. All in all, I want to share a paradigm shift, where I see beauty salons taking in consideration of what's more important.
Its isn't about creating a new you to fit in... but more about how you feel internally, that lets your true natural beauty shine.
